@rjamc17_ Yeah. I find it strange. I've never heard of USCC and Verizon really working together for LTE roaming, so it is odd. Either way, it's weird it isn't AT&T. It isn't capped though, which is nice. I wonder why Verizon though and not like AT&T. I got AT&T for a short time here.

I have zero cell service anywhere I go in Washington DC with a Verizon and an AT&T plan. It continues to blow my mind how low the standard of living is in the north east. **** roads, ugly old buildings, bad service. Get to Texas and Florida friends!

Voicemail systems that require you to listen to your message before sending them are just some kind of torture I don’t need in my life right now. Just let me hang up and get on with my weekend already. I never claimed to be James Earl Jones & this isn’t a Verizon commercial.

I’m not saying y’all should eat at chick fil a but I am asking if y’all are gonna cancel your contracts w ATT, Verizon, or T Mobile, stop shopping at Amazo and Walmart, stop getting clothes from fast fashion, stop buying Fenty lingerie and other fast fashions?

@VZWSupport Its been on and off for as long as I can remember. It does tend to get better outside. Inside I get 1 bar of LTE and outside I get 2 bars sometimes. Still very slow. Other zip codes near me are the same.

@VZWSupport It’s been going on for several months. During which I have upgraded to a newer phone, with the same issues and if I drive a few miles in either direction the issue tends to resolve.

@Rhyle_ I mean the fire incident was almost 8 years ago, and Verizon paid for the damage. If that were the only issue we've had I would be much more open to selling Verizon services.

@VZWSupport @Verizon so I have to change my plan to a higher rate to get a discount which is worth less then my current plan....and all you get is sorry for the confusion...great customer service once again. It was easier writing my doctoral thesis then dealing with verizon

@VZWSupport It’s been happening to everyone who I know has Verizon in this area. I don’t know if there is damage or if the current equipment can not handle the load, but it’s everyone. At 12-1 there are times when aside from calls I can’t even send messages.

@VZWSupport Yes Verizon mobile phone. 49441. No issues with calls or texts. I just have to wait 5-10+ minutes to load any site. Youtube/videos are impossible to watch.

Another moving complaint! @Verizon @verizonfios told us that our new modem & router would be delivered yesterday. They told us this 2 weeks ago. Today they told us, they never promised to deliver equipment, all suppliers are out of stock, & the tech can’t get here for 10 days.

@optimum Do better I have no internet service and my kids are home remotely. They can't even take there finals, and they are being marked absent for the day. WORST SERVICE EVER. Someone tell @Verizon to call me.

@VerizonSupport why is it so difficult to get support from Fios? I find it difficult to believe Verizon doesn’t have enough people to give support to customers. Why do I have to login to an app to get support then when the automated machine calls me back it disconnects

@VZWSupport frustrating? ha…it’s infuriating actually. i don’t have an order number, yet y’all have my money and “there’s been a ticket submitted” as of Monday, which was escalated on Tuesday, yet there’s still no resolution or answers for me. & I still don’t have a new phone.

@AdamJMatlock Yeah exactly same issue I got with my T-Mobile WING. Yours shoulda been unlocked by now if you bought it over 90 days ago I think it is. Verizon unlocks their devices later to prevent theft but they unlock them.

And also, Verizon hasn’t been cracking down on these spam texts from any gmail accounts via VZWpix yet. Still we need to ban them from iPhones because blocking doesn’t work.
