Peoria caretaker convicted of murdering 75-year-old womanPEORIA (25News Now) - A guilty verdict has been returned in the case of a live-in caretaker charged with killing his patient. Prosecutors said the suspect, 46-year-old Dmitri G. Rogatchev, killed 75-year-old Sandra Jackson in her home in December 2019. Rogatchev was Sandra’s live-in caretaker at the time of her murder.
