Carle Health hosts kids event for cancer coping skills

PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Carle Health hosted Kids Konnected on Tuesday, a new program that helps kids cope with a loved one fighting a cancer diagnosis. It was a fun atmosphere at the Carle Health Methodist Atrium as kids aged five to 18 were able to partake in coping exercises, connect with other kids, and play games that help them better understand what cancer treatment entails.
