  Live atwallis and baker for ayear. Moved because the apartment was alittle over priced. There was bearly any parking once reserved parking was paint over half ofthe spot inthe garage. Pool was always over crowded inthe summer time. Never got the change touse the wine room. Dog wash only has cold water towash the pets. Hallways are have odor attimes and there isno valet trash which you payfor. Instead there isa room you take your trash tobefore move inI was told there would bea trash can issued touse and the would pickup. That never happen. Iwas once ofthe first people inthe apartment after the were build was not please with the outcome but that was myexperience.internet isslow. Wall orthin.… – show

  My girlfriend and Ihad been searching for apartments allday, and wecame across this property and justwow! Kimberly toured ustwo days ina row bcwe were soindecisive onwhich flood plan would work best. The patience and knowledge Kimberly has isamazing, the best costumer service byfar inall ofthe neighboring communities. Wecan’t wait tocall this place home, thank you Kimberly! Highly recommend leasing here, she will get you taken careof!

  The property Wallis and Baker Apartments Grapevine isnice looking but there isplanes every 2minutes that you hear inside your apartment. Ihave asked anumber oftenants, and they all said the same thing Iasked. Iexpressed toNoel Ineeded aquiet place and hesaid the planes you donot hear inside. Which isnot true. Istayed one night and expressed myconcerns and they told methat Ihave togive 2months notice and 2month move out after one night there. Ihave attached how close the planes are inthe review. There isa closer planetoo. The planes gofrom5:30amto 1am and come through every 2minutes onaverage. Iwork from home and there isno way towork there. The area amenities will not work. Iwork from a6monitor computer and itdoes not fix mysleep. Plus, atnight there are lights upall night that gothrew the window and itis like daytime inthe room atnight. Ieven put upblackout curtains and they donot work because ofthe little windows above the standard window. With the lights and planes that late, Icannot sleep. Update. Also, Ithink itis kind ofsuspicious the two reviews right after mine and one commenting onplanes. Since Ibeen here for one month, Ihave seen alot moving outtoo. Itis very sad they did not care about myconcerns, and made mepay all this money tomove out after oneday. Inever ever write areview, sothe noise isvery bad and the consideration isnot good. Ihope ithelps others looking atthis apartment. Iwould stay away. IfI wasyou, stay inarea before signing anything and watch how many planes goby. Come byat night and watch how long the planes come bytoo. That way you know what you are getting into. Walk around and ask otherstoo. They will tellyou. Doyour own research and you will beglad youdid. Hope that helps.… – show

  Honestly this place probably deserves a4.5ifI could giveit. Mybiggest con isthe walls seem alittle thin and from time totime Ican hear the muffled sounds from mywall neighbor. Ihaven’t lost sleep orhad problems from itbut may vary byneighbor but everyone inthe complex seems nice and respectful. Other wise the complex iswell kept and ingreat condition being sonew. Ilove the apartment, very open and higher ceilings then other apartments I’vehad. The pool ispretty awesome. Great location, plenty ofstuff around and easy onand off access tothe highway. Are there planes sometimes?Yes, but Ihardly notice itas other reviews seemto. Maybe being ina place overlooking the pool/courtyard helps this? Idon’t know. Ifyou move here Idoubt you’ll bedisappointed.… – show

  They apartment isdecent but beware some apartments have terrible placement ofthermostats like inthe dead center ofa wall not upand out ofthe way like you expect athermostat soyou can't put aTV onthe only wall that one can beplaced onand the only solution Iwas given was tomove myTV every time Iwant toadjust mythermostat… Somake sure you look atand consider every last detail when moving inas the architect/engineer clearly did not consider the functionality ofthe living space.… – show

  This isthe first time I've lived inan apartment that provided amove-in coordinator. I've lived inALOT oflocal apartments and have never had this experience!! Carley was efficient, knew all the answers, and kept upwith the myentire journey ofgetting movedin. She had contacts for some ofthe vendors Ineeded tocontact which made itmuch easier. Iappreciate the attention todetail that Wallis & Baker are providing their residents. Kimberly was myleasing agent and she did aterrificjobtoo. Thanks!!… – show

  I couldn't behappier with mymove-in experience. Kimberly was very informative, helpful, kind, genuine, and real. She did not sugar coat things, orgive you the spiel of” what leasing agents think you want tohear”. After Ihad seen afew units and she was getting paperwork ready, Ifelt like Iwas being “that guy” when Iasked her tosee afew more units, but she was all for itand took meback tolook ata few more units. Iknew after speaking withher, getting the tour and meeting some ofthe other leasing agents, Iknew that Iwas going tomovein. Even after the process Kimberly made everything very easy, without hounding medown with info, texts, calls, emailsetc. She was respectful ofmy time and not pushy oroverbearing. From getting paperwork completed togetting access tomy apartment onmy move indate Kimberly atWallis and Baker went above and beyond.… – show

  Wifi/Internet set upin this community isa complete joke. Ive had spectrum technicians come bymultiple times due tosome issue orthe other. Not ideal ifyou work from home. Paying $140amonth for internet.

From day one when Ibooked atour, untilnow, asI get ready tomovein, she has helped with all myneeds, answered all myquestions with utmost professionalism. She and her fellow team have been extremely easy towork with and reach outto. The complex isgorgeous, and issuper close toeverything. Assomeone who has spoken the words, “I will never move toan apartment”, Ihave tosay, this complex has blown meaway!   I was amazing bythe facility and the area! Iknew itwas where Iwanted tocall home and can’t say enough about how Kimberley and Belle have made ita smooth transition and myexperience has been great!

  Kimberley Kluckman was the best. She listened tomy needs and concerns and let metake mytime inchoosing mynew home. When Iwas moving inand didn't know where todirect the movers topark, she not only emailed mea clear map with the area marked inRED but she took the time topersonally video exactly which door weneeded topark near and exactly what the area outside the door looked like, Mymovers were blown away. Really happy here! I've already met some very nice neighbors!

  I toured the community this weekend and Ireally likedit. Kimberley was the leasing professional that helpedme. Ican only say great things about her she was very professional and informative. She gladly showed methe unit Iwas interested inand presented some other options. She followed upwith melater that day aswell, tosee ifI had any questions orconcerns that she could help with. Kimberley definitely made ita great experience. The apartments and community are very beautiful, all that you would expect from ahigh end place.
