@VerizonSupport I just called the customer service department to ask how much it would cost me to to buy myself out of this contract instead I was asked have I received my new watch that I ordered I haven’t ordered anything! I am blown away by the arrogance of VZW

@VZWSupport iPhone 7+. I read the new update targets these models. Places where I used to have signal will completely drop service when I try to make or am mid call, sometimes for up to an hour. Signal comes back and vanishes when I ty again. Post update only an iPad block can charge it.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport @verizonfios WiFi is a utility just like gas, electric, etc. when I pay for 30 days of service and only use 8 days, a refund for services unused should be issued. Been a customer for over 20 years and this is the last time I’m going to give you a pass

So the new iOS update includes frequent loss of service and your battery continues to lose power while it’s on the charger but @Apple totally isnt doing illegal planned obsolescence anymore, you just have to install crippling updates or your $800 phone stops working. @VZWSupport

@rjamc17_ Yeah. I find it strange. I've never heard of USCC and Verizon really working together for LTE roaming, so it is odd. Either way, it's weird it isn't AT&T. It isn't capped though, which is nice. I wonder why Verizon though and not like AT&T. I got AT&T for a short time here.

I have zero cell service anywhere I go in Washington DC with a Verizon and an AT&T plan. It continues to blow my mind how low the standard of living is in the north east. **** roads, ugly old buildings, bad service. Get to Texas and Florida friends!

@VZWSupport Its been on and off for as long as I can remember. It does tend to get better outside. Inside I get 1 bar of LTE and outside I get 2 bars sometimes. Still very slow. Other zip codes near me are the same.
