HOW TO USE VISUAL SEARCH:
1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone
2. Tap the camera icon on the top right corner
3. Snap or upload a photo from your library
4. Crop the image if you want to set focus on a specific area
5. Tap search to upload your photo or screen print
6. View a list of similar or matching items in stock at hm.com
7. Filter or sort to refine your search result
Can’t find your size in store or want to know if an item is available in more sizes and colours? Use the Scan feature in the H&M app to find out!
HOW TO SCAN
1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone
2. Tap the scan icon (barcode) on the top right corner
3. Direct your smartphone towards the price tag of the item you want to know more about
4. To scan the item, make sure to fit the barcode in the frame
5. The product page will appear if the scanned item is available at hm.com
6. If available, you can buy the item online or check if it’s available in any of our stores by using the “Find in store” feature.
7. If the item is unavailable online, you will receive a notification message on your screen

HOW TO USE FIND IN STORE:
1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone or visit hm.com on any device
2. Navigate to the item of interest
3. Locate “Find in store” on the product page. “Find in store” is located below the color swatch (Please note, if the item is sold out in store or only available online, the Find in store button will be greyed out).
4. Select “Find in store”
5. Search by text or map to check the items store availability in a specific area, city or store.
6. View a list or map view of all the stores that have the item in stock. Here you’ll also see which sizes that are available in each store, as well as the opening hours and address.
Please note that items can sell out quickly and the stock inventory is just an estimate. Please visit the store to confirm.
ORDERING ONLINE
You can check online if an item is available in an H&M store. Find the item at hm.com and select it. On the product details page, you can simply click the “Find in Store” button, choose your location, and you'll see a list of the H&M stores that have your item. Please keep in mind that our items sell out quickly and the stock level is just an estimate. Online prices may also differ from the prices in stores. For more information, click here.
Navigate H&M Online by clicking on the categories on the top and left hand side of the screen. If you are looking for something specific you can type in a key word into the field with a magnifying glass.
As you browse through our ever-changing selection, click on an item to be redirected to the individual product page. Here you can find information about available sizes, colours, and specific product details. Have you fallen in love with an item? Select a size and add it to your virtual shopping bag.
Access your shopping bag at any time by clicking the icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. In the shopping bag, you are able to change your order (item?) selection, add discounts, see approximated shipping costs, and find out the total order value.

If an item you like has already sold out, use the “Notify Me” button to be sent an email if the item comes back in stock.

We are extremely pleased that you are with us during the start of sales of the limited Designer collection. To make your shopping as convenient as possible, we've introduced a queue organizing system. Customers waiting for the opening of sales will be divided into groups of 30 people in a queue. Each sector will enter the sales zone in turn. A place in the queue does not guarantee the purchase of specific clothes and accessories from the designer collection, it only determines the order of entry to the collection sales area. Designer collection sales are limited. Each customer can buy only one piece of a given item from the collection. The restriction applies only to the first three hours from the start of sales. Returns and exchanges of purchases from the designer collection will be accepted within 1 day of purchase. Returned goods cannot bear traces of use. Purchases made in the online store can be returned only by hm.com. H&M reserves the right to change the sales rules of thethe designer collection at any time.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option.
