  • Word on the street suggests the company lacks innovation and a customer first sensibility. The software can be glitchy as all software can be, but the time it takes to respond and correct those issues cause ill-will. They have something for everything but that makes them a jack-of-all-trades - that need to redefine what makes them necessary. Dropping their digital marketing arm will allow them to refocus on the software that at one time was the industry standard.
